Radius by LaTerra – Mar Vista is located in the heart of Silicon Beach. The project will bring premium climate-controlled self-storage units to a densely populated area: the square foot per capita within a 1-mile radius of the project is only 1.8. There are dozens of multifamily apartment projects, including LaTerra’s 129-unit The Charlie Mar Vista, as well as an abundance of $2M+ single-family homes within a short drive of the site.
The project is located within close proximity to major “techtainment” employers such as Amazon Studios, Apple+, Sony, and YouTube as well as Google, Nike, Snapchat, Riot Games, and more—all of which drive demand for housing (which is complementary to self-storage).
