Glassell Park Townhomes

LaTerra Development acquired the subject property as a partially improved development project, from the construction lender. The property was approved for 114 residential condominium units and 15,000 sq.ft. of retail over a subterranean parking structure. LaTerra Development undertook a comprehensive value-add repositioning and re-entitlement of the property transforming the development into 52 residential on grade, frame constructed townhome units. The re-entitlement process was accomplished in approximately 12 months.
