1100 West Temple Street is planned to be developed for 52 apartment units in 5 stories of residential units over 3 levels of parking.

The site is located, on the North-west corner of Temple and Beaudry, is visible from the 101 Freeway and in close proximity to the 110 Freeway. Across the street from the site is the Ferrante, a mixed-use multi-family development created by G.H. Palmer and Associates which will completely reshape this pocket north of the 101 and 110 Freeways.

The 1100 West Temple project will provide residents a less expensive option than projects in core downtown Los Angeles while being in a location that provides many of the same benefits.

Temple Street Corridor is a high traffic ingress/egress street to downtown Los Angeles, and which is undergoing a renaissance with institutional development, retail and amenities planned or currently under construction along the Temple Street Corridor.

This boutique apartment project is planned to contain a state of the art fitness center and a resident club room opening to a roof top deck, with unobstructed and dramatic views of downtown Los Angeles.
