TAAG purchased a nearly complete condominium project from us that had a variety of issues; mold, expired building permits and some construction defects. During due diligence we jointly worked with the city to understand the issues. Our choice of TAAG to purchase the asset was based, in part, on my prior experience with its capital partner.
