Tourtellotte is the son of LaTerra’s founder and chief executive, Charles Tourtellotte, and serves as a managing director of the company’s investment and development pipeline. LaTerra, alongside its general contractor affiliate, LT Building Corp., specializes in the acquisition and development of residential and self-storage projects. Currently, the company has more than 3,000 multifamily and build-for-rent units and over 1 million square feet of commercial and self-storage space in its portfolio, estimated to exceed $3 billion. Prior to joining LaTerra, Tourtellotte spent seven years at Prudential Global Investment Management, a global real estate private equity investment fund manager with over $50 billion worth of gross assets under management.
