LaTerra’s Long Beach self-storage facility is located within a short drive of downtown Long Beach and the Port of Long Beach. The facility is operational. An additional 77,740 NRSF self-storage building is under construction on the excess land of the site, while the original building is being converted from a variety of uses to self-storage. The facility serves over 200,000 people within a 3-mile trade area, which has an existing self-storage supply of only 3.9 SF/capita. The facility is expected to service additional demand from the residential development pipeline of over 26,000+ units anticipated to be delivered by 2030. |
