The project will bring premium climate-controlled self-storage units to a densely populated area: the square foot per capita within a 3-mile radius of the project is 5.5. There are over thirty multifamily apartment buildings and numerous single-family home neighborhoods within a short drive of the site.
The property is located adjacent to a Target store and will replace a warehouse and industrial building with a new state-of-the-art self-storage facility. The property is planned to include 767 climate-controlled self-storage units with over 65,000 net rentable square feet.
